1.5 lb turkey tenderloin or boneless/skinless chickencut in 1 in cubes
1.5lbbutternut squashpeeled & cubed
10.5oz diced tomatoes w/liquid
8ozsalsa
1cupchicken broth
1/2cupgolden raisins
1tspcumin
1tspsalt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tspgarlic powder
1canchick peas* drained & rinsed
Instructions
Dump everything in to your slow cooker or instant pot EXCEPT for the chick peas. If using slow cooker set to low for 4-6 hrs if using pressure cooker set manual to 10 mins and quick release pressure. Just before serving add drained and rinsed chick peas just to warm them up. I like to serve this over cous cous.
