Instructions
This is another favorite "Chop & Dump" recipe! I actually used chicken straight from the freezer! Then dumped rice and broth, followed by the spices, garlic, and all the veggies. Now you can do this all in your instant pot/pressure cooker. Seal, set manual to 25 mins. Allow natural release, open and stir in coconut milk. OR put the same, though my understanding is not to use frozen meat in a slow cooker for food safety reasons, even though I always did, oops! Feel free to tell me your thoughts on this! Set your cooker to low for 6-8 hours. This is so yummy!!
