Equipment

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs chicken bones
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 2 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 1 tsp whole peppercorns
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tsp tumeric
  • 1 handful fresh herbs : parsley, thyme, rosemary, etc
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, sliced
  • 1/2 lemon, cut in half
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 6-8 cups filtered water

Instructions

  • Toss everything into your pressure cooker or slow cooker. Pressure cooker sealed and set on high pressure for 90 mins or slow cooker on low for 24 hrs. That's it!! It stores in the fridge for up to a week and freezes beautifully.
