Y’all there is something so comforting and homey and lovely about Chicken Soup! And this one is a keeper!! Talk about an easy peasy salmon dish! Just mix a little Dijon mustard (I adore Maille) with some fresh lemon juice and a little fresh chopped tarragon or dill, pour over top and marinate for at least 30 mins. My absolutely fav way to cook salmon is the cold oven version. Place salmon in a cold (non preheated oven) turn oven on 400 degrees and set your timer for 15 mins to check and rotate, depending on the thickness of the salmon it could take up to 25mins.
