    Chicken Tortilla Soup just screams FALL! Recipe that was adapted from the Pioneer Woman is a crowd pleaser! I took few shortcuts by using a rotisserie chicken or leftover chicken that I shred.     Y’all there is something so comforting and homey and lovely about Chicken Soup! And this one is a keeper!! I have created a dairy free version that even the foodiest of foodies might argue that it was full of cream and butter! It’s quite amazing really and this recipe is what I like to call a chop & drop.
