I was inspired by Danielle Walker’s, Roasted Autumn Harvest Salad from her Celebrations cookbook and you know me, I switched it up based on what I had on hand. One of my favorite things to do on Sunday is to BRUNCH and the perfect addition to any brunch, a perfect CAESAR SALAD. Sometimes it’s the simple things that are so delish and this is a perfect salad. Any perfect salad starts with a perfect dressing, full of life, full of flavor and this Caesar dressing packs a punch! Thankful to my friend, Michelle who asked me if I had a good Caesar dressing recipe and to my shock at the time, I did not! So I went to work and this dressing was born.
