    Firecracker Salmon I mean the name alone just gets me excited. I love the buttery goodness of the salmon paired with a spicey sauce. It hits all the tastebuds! I have become slightly obsessed with cold oven salmon. You plave your salmon in a cold, not preheated oven, crank the temp to 400 and set your timer for 20 mins. Depending on the thickness of your salmon you may need to cook 5 mins more.

    Taco Seasoning is a staple and the package stuff has mystry fillers, gluten, soy, who knows what! Make your own it’s so much cheaper and tastes much better!! And heck it looks pretty doesn’t it?
