Tart, tangy, crisp pickles are my favorite! This is a super easy way to make them at home with no sugar, dyes, or fake stuff! I love nothing more than preserving summer in jars and this is one of my favorite recipes! These make a beautiful addition to your next charcuterie board or make great hostess gifts! Make pickles way ahead! They are best the longer they sit. My Memamama always said they should sit for at least a month or two. I have been hoarding them! I have 2 quart jars hidden, one hasn’t been opened yet and the…

Let’s talk about roasted grapes? Gamechanger. I mean it’s insane how tasty these little gems are! I was inspired by Danielle Walker’s, Roasted Autumn Harvest Salad from her Celebrations cookbook and you know me, I switched it up based on what I had on hand. Make your dressing ahead and allow flavors to meld. Then roast your fruit and prep your lettuce. I served it on a platter, since it’s so beautiful! I roasted grapes, figs, and pecan halfs in balsamic and olive oil for 15 mins and bought an arugula, romaine, radicchio mix and spread it on a beautiful…

If I had a signature dish, this would be it! I call it my Preppy Salmon because of the beautiful pink and green color on the plate! I have been making and perfecting this dish for almost 10 years. It is such a simple dish that comes together quickly. you can make it any weeknight or bust it out for a fabulous dinner party. The combo of ingredients hit all the taste buds! It’s really fantastic! Don’t skip the Pea Puree or the crumbled bacon on top! Although just the salmon itself is great!! So you can if you are…

Firecracker Salmon I mean the name alone just gets me excited. I love the buttery goodness of the salmon paired with a spicey sauce. It hits all the tastebuds! I have become slightly obsessed with cold oven salmon. You plave your salmon in a cold, not preheated oven, crank the temp to 400 and set your timer for 20 mins. Depending on the thickness of your salmon you may need to cook 5 mins more.

Toss your wings with salt, pepper, and garlic powder then place them in gallon zip loc bags and cover with apple cider vinegar, I like to use the organic, raw, and unfiltered. Add red pepper flakes and chili powder. Feel free to add more spice if you like! You MUST marinate overnight or at least 6-8 hrs, the longer the better!!! cooking: Now, to cook these we are going super healthy … the AIR FRYER! That’s right…
