Are you eating clean? This NO Bean Chili is full of whole, real food, so full of spices and flavor that you’ll never miss the beans! Last week a friend was talking about chili and well, y’all know how impreshinableI am! The chili idea stuck. I haven’t had any kind of beans since April and I really am not sure how they will affect me so I set out to make a delish chili that felt like chili but didn’t have beans. Talk about an easy peasy salmon dish! Just mix a little Dijon mustard (I adore Maille) with some fresh lemon juice and a little fresh chopped tarragon or dill, pour over top and marinate for at least 30 mins. My absolutely fav way to cook salmon is the cold oven version. Place salmon in a cold (non preheated oven) turn oven on 400 degrees and set your timer for 15 mins to check and rotate, depending on the thickness of the salmon it could take up to 25mins.

Salmon is one of my favorite when comes to easy dinner and adding some great Omega 3’s to your diet, so whenever the wild sock-eye is on sale I buy it, even if I have to send Hubs to HT in Mooresville while at a meeting! This recipe was inspired by several I found on the web and have adjusted the recipe to fit my lifestyle and be super flavorful! Salmon Marinade 1 T whole grain mustard 1 T dijon mustard, Maille is my fav 1 T local honey 1 T coconut aminos, tamari, or soy sauce 1/2 t oregano…

Y’all, I am no expert in Indain cusine, however I do know good food when I taste it and when the craving hit for Chicken Tikka Masala I thought ok, I can wing this and replace the cream with coconut milk and just leave out the yougurt and we will see what happens! It was a win! AND it takes like 10 mins to prep! So, you too can have a really yummy Indian dish in under 30mins! Winning! My short cuts: You can totally measure out all the spices or you can get this yummy concoction from Savory Spice…

Y’all this chicken. It’s seriously one of the tastiest and easiest chicken recipes ever! It’s so yummy but it is full of dairy and I can no longer eat it. But, it’s so good I would totally make it and serve, that says a lot! The recipe is for one reg size pack of boneless/skinless chicken you can simply double the recipe for a larger family. I like to serve it with roasted broccoli.
