Hubs requested Country Style Steak also known as cube steak for Sunday dinner. I have never been a huge fan, cube steak to me has always been a bit chewy, texture is a big thing for me. But, he so rarely actually asks for anything specific for dinner that I thought I would be sweet and give it a shot. I reached out to my fb friends and asked for suggestions on how to proceed. I used what I had on hand and it was REALLY good!! I will defiantly make it again!

Y’all , it is finally feeling like winter and has been raining all weekend, ugh! Hubs was craving bbq and I didn’t want him to catch pneumonia by going out to his smoker every 20mins! So, since Pork Loin was on sale so I tossed it in the crockpot with salt, pepper, garlic, crushed red pepper, and poured apple cider vinegar about half way up the side of the pot. Set to low and let it go all day!! No joke that is it!! You can also toss this in your instant pot for 40mins and let pressure naturally release.
