Updated: Mama B is the sweetest Gran to my favorite 4 yr old twins, Jake & Maggie, (now in 5th grade!) Mama B is also great cook and she was telling me about this amazing salad that I thought would be a great addition to our Thanksgiving meal! These are the adorable, if I do say so myself, Monkey Cupcakes! I made for Little J’s 1st Birthday! also made a cake just for the birthday boy! I found an amazing cookbook, The Whimsical Bakehouse. They have great ideas. I made a Banana Pound Cake with chocolate frosting. Banana Cake & Cupcakes 1 box Pound Cake Mix 2 eggs 1/3 c milk 1 banana, mashed Mix everything together and bake until a toothpick comes clean.
