If I had a signature dish, this would be it! I call it my Preppy Salmon because of the beautiful pink and green color on the plate! I have been making and perfecting this dish for almost 10 years. It is such a simple dish that comes together quickly. you can make it any weeknight or bust it out for a fabulous dinner party. The combo of ingredients hit all the taste buds! It’s really fantastic! Don’t skip the Pea Puree or the crumbled bacon on top! Although just the salmon itself is great!! So you can if you are…

Firecracker Salmon I mean the name alone just gets me excited. I love the buttery goodness of the salmon paired with a spicey sauce. It hits all the tastebuds! I have become slightly obsessed with cold oven salmon. You plave your salmon in a cold, not preheated oven, crank the temp to 400 and set your timer for 20 mins. Depending on the thickness of your salmon you may need to cook 5 mins more.

Flounder is a light, flakey, white fish that has a really mild flavor and is so easy to make for a quick weeknight meal! Super clean and fresh flavors make this perfect for your January detox! It pairs wondefully with my Shaved Brussels Sprout Slaw. With the air fryer you can have the whole meal made in under 30 mins!

Talk about an easy peasy salmon dish! Just mix a little Dijon mustard (I adore Maille) with some fresh lemon juice and a little fresh chopped tarragon or dill, pour over top and marinate for at least 30 mins. My absolutely fav way to cook salmon is the cold oven version. Place salmon in a cold (non preheated oven) turn oven on 400 degrees and set your timer for 15 mins to check and rotate, depending on the thickness of the salmon it could take up to 25mins.
