This sheet pan supper is perfection!! I’ve seen several variations abs think you can easily switch up what you have on hand. I have made this ultra simple!Toss the chicken in one ziploc and veggies in another and let marinate all day then toss on a large sheet pan and roast off. About half way thru add the dried fruit. Enjoy!

Chicken Parm is one of those comfort food dishes that I thought I would never be able to enjoy again! Y’all!! I was so wrong! This taste so similar that my boys were shocked when I told them it had NO CHEESE!! The best part about the recipe? You don’t need a ton of ingredients. You can dredge in egg, olive or avocado oil and then use almond flour along with Italian spices for the breading. I like to buy the thin sliced boneless/skinless breast, or you can cut and pound them thin. Then serve over pasta, spaghetti squash, or…

marinate: Can you say the BOMB these are seriously the BEST wings I have ever had, EVER! And they are so dang easy. Toss your wings with salt, pepper, and garlic powder then place them in gallon zip loc bags and cover with apple cider vinegar, I like to use the organic, raw, and unfiltered. Add red pepper flakes and chili powder. Feel free to add more spice if you like! You MUST marinate overnight or at least 6-8 hrs, the longer the better!!! cooking: Now, to cook these we are going super healthy … the AIR FRYER! That’s right…

The perfect soup to give you all the feels with none of the junk! Toss out the noodles and hit the zoodles!! Seriously this is divine! I love to use bone broth, you can make your own with my recipe or there are some great options for buying now, Trader Joe’s has a good one and I really like Butcher’s Bone Broth that I have now seen in Food Lion and Publix here locally and Costco has it as well! as the healing properties are amazing. You can take lots of shortcuts with this recipe by using leftover or rotisserie…

Y’all there is something so comforting and homey and lovely about Chicken Soup! And this one is a keeper!! I have created a dairy free version that even the foodiest of foodies might argue that it was full of cream and butter! It’s quite amazing really and this recipe is what I like to call a chop & drop. Basically chop all your veggies, grab your chicken, broth, and spices and dump them all into your instant pot or slow cooker! It’s really that simple and I even started with frozen, boneless, skinless chicken!! Dumped everything in the instant pot…
