Air Fried Green Beans (PF Changs healthy dupe)

PF Changs style (Air) Fried Green Beans
addictive, crispy, so tasty
Equipment
- air fryer
Ingredients
- 12 oz green beans French style are my fav
- 2 tsp avocado or olive oil
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos or soy or tamari
- 1/2 tbsp real maple syrup
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sriracha* more or less depending on your taste buds
Instructions
- wash and dry your green beans, toss with avocado or olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Air fry 10-12 mins stopping and tossing basket every 3/4 mins. While cooking whisk together maple syrup, coconut aminos or soy, rice wine vinegar, and sriracha or red pepper flakes if you are avoiding sugar
Notes
*you can subistute sriracha if you are avoiding sugar with hot sauce or red pepper flakes
