Air Fried Green Beans (PF Changs healthy dupe)

ADDICTIVE, delish, healthy this is a stellar recipe and so dang simple that you’ll freak out! First, air fried veggies are off the chain good. You can literally use a tiny drizzle of avocado or olive oil a little sea salt and boom any veggie is good! These a French green beans (the skinny ones) with a teaspoon of avocado oil and sea salt tossed in the air fryer for 10-12 mins I personally like them when they look like the pic above, you can cook them shorter or longer whatever your preference. And if you are eating super clean this is where you stop. If you are going for the PF Chang’s app copycat I have come up with a great clean version of the sweet and spicey sauce with just 4 ingredients; maple syrup, coconut aminos, rice wine vinegar, and sriracha or red pepper flakes. Y’all they are so good both ways! I can’t wait for you to try them!


PF Changs style (Air) Fried Green Beans

addictive, crispy, so tasty

Equipment

  • air fryer

Ingredients

  • 12 oz green beans French style are my fav
  • 2 tsp avocado or olive oil
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos or soy or tamari
  • 1/2 tbsp real maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp sriracha* more or less depending on your taste buds

Instructions

  • wash and dry your green beans, toss with avocado or olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Air fry 10-12 mins stopping and tossing basket every 3/4 mins. While cooking whisk together maple syrup, coconut aminos or soy, rice wine vinegar, and sriracha or red pepper flakes if you are avoiding sugar

*you can subistute sriracha if you are avoiding sugar with hot sauce or red pepper flakes
