Shaved Brussels Sprout Slaw

Shaved Brussels Sprout Slaw

Equipment
- box grater
Ingredients
- 1 bag Brussels Sprouts trimmed & shaved on a box grater*
- 1 lemon juice & zest
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes omit if this isn't your thing!
Instructions
- Wash & dry Brussels Sprouts, don't trim! Use the base as your "handle" to hold while shaving on the box greater. Toss all the remaining ingredients in the bowl with and toss well to coat. Place in the fridge and allow to chill for at least 30 min. Taste and add salt & pepper or little acid if needed.
