Air Fryer Flounder
Flounder is a light, flakey, white fish that has a really mild flavor and is so easy to make for a quick weeknight meal! Super clean and fresh flavors make this perfect for your January detox! It pairs wondefully with my Shaved Brussels Sprout Slaw. With the air fryer you can have the whole meal made in under 30 mins!
Air Fryer Flounder

Ingredients
- 2 lbs flounder
- 1 lemon juice & zest
- 1 tsp fresh tarragon
- 1 tsp fresh dill
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp capers drained, rinsed, & reserved for serving
Instructions
- This air fryer is so simple and easy to make! Simply grab some fresh flounder, toss herbs, avocado oil, lemon juice & zest, salt & pepper together and pour over flounder. Toss in fridge for about 20 mins and then toss in your air fryer for 7 mins. top with a few capers. Goes amazing with my Brussels Sprout Slaw
