Eat Real Drip Beef
I was introduced to Drip Beef years ago from my friend, Katie and I have a whole post dedicated to her recipe, it’s delish, however it has packet of ranch, italian dressing, soy, butter, and so on that sadly do not make me feel well so I have been on a mission to recreate this dish! I have tried this several diffrent ways and have come up with, what I find to be just as tasty as the original but free from anything that isn’t a whole, real food. The secret, in my opinion, is the bone broth. There is a richness and depth of flavor that can’t be beat!! I have recently located Butcher’s brand at my local Food Lion and that made me giddy! I know I am a dork!! It’s cooking as I type this and the entire house smells amazing!
INGREDIENTS:
2-3 lb chuck roast, seared for the tastiest final product but totally optional
2 onions, peeled and quartered
2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
2 T coconut aminos (tamari, soy sauce or Bragg’s Aminos also work if you aew good with soy)
1 T dried parsley
1 t dried dill
2 t garlic powder
1 t onion powder
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1 cup beef bone broth
6 pepperoncini and 1/4 cup juice
Sear meat in either a dutch oven or your Instant pot or pressure cooker all the way around, don’t forget the sides! Then dump everything in your slow cooker or instant pot. For slow cooker set to low for 10-12 hrs Instant Pot manual 80 mins and allow pressure to naturally release

I cannot wait to try this. The original recipe seemed heavy on the sodium and chemicals so this will be served at my house very soon. Thank you, Kat! Keep those recipes coming!
